Team Payment: Teams must be paid two weeks prior to the event. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event. LATE Arrivals: Teams must be checked in 45 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Drop off engineering notebooks at the checkin table. There will be a checkin table for all teams to check. Please enter through the main entrance of the school.
We offer On-site parking and convenient drop off at our campus for all teams. Requirements for attending this event are: Safety is a primary concern in VEX robotics and this event will meet or exceed all COVID safety protocols. Specators will be asked to eat at the tables in the main lobby. We plan to offer consessions during qualification rounds at our event. These three areas are all centrally located. Teams will eat at in the cafeteria at designated tables. Teams will Skills and Qualification will compete in the main gym. We will use the field house for the Pit area. The event will be held in-person at our Main Gym. We are Planning on having an in-person event with 7 Qualification matches, alliance selection then elimination rounds. All people attending the event must adhere to IDPH and County of Dupage ROE health and safety guidlines within our school.
